Does everything arrive together or separately?

The majority of items that are ready to ship are new products from well-known and highly respected boutique brands. Many of these products are kept in stock locally. If a client purchases an in-stock item alongside a made-to-order product, they will ship together. In some cases, however, a product may ship directly from the manufacturer. If a client purchases a boutique product that ships directly from the manufacturer plus a made-to-order piece, the items will ship separately. There are no additional fees or costs passed onto clients if items ship separately.  

Why am I being charged sales tax?

JaBella Designs is a registered and license business in Rutherford County, Tennessee. If you are a Tennessee resident, you are required to pay sales tax. All sales tax revenue is remitted to the Tennessee Department of Revenue throughout the year. 

Do you offer wholesale pricing?

Wholesale orders for products made by JaBella Designs are accepted on a case-by-case basis. A taxpayer ID or business resale license is required. All products made by JaBella Designs and purchased via wholesale are prohibited from being resold online under any circumstances. They may only be sold in brick-and-morter stores or via vendor booths, as in the case of a community event. Repackaging of JaBella Designs and removal of any branding in an attempt to resell products as your own handmade goods is also prohibited. A minimum order of $250 is required for all wholesale orders. JaBella Designs reserves the right to refuse wholesale orders when deemed fit.
